How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been removed, and no further messages after that. You can also ask us to remove you by phone or email using the details below. Opting out of text messages does not affect your care in any way, and we will simply contact you by phone or email instead.
